負責系統及設備異常排除與故障處理。
配合飯店營運需求，推動資訊系統優化及數位化專案。

Manage and maintain the hotel's data center, servers, network infrastructure, and IT equipment.
Ensure the stable operation of hotel systems and network infrastructure.
Manage user accounts and access permissions, and provide daily IT technical support.
Plan, implement, and maintain information security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus, and anti-malware systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and hardware issues.
Support hotel operations by driving system optimization and digital transformation projects.
Manage the IT team and external vendors, including IT equipment procurement and budget management.
