【主要職責 Key Responsibilities】

1. 規劃年度教育訓練與人才發展計畫，確保符合飯店營運需求及品牌策略。
Develop annual training and talent development plans aligned with hotel operations and brand strategies.

2. 規劃與執行新人訓練、在職訓練、服務品質及法規遵循訓練。
Design and deliver onboarding, in-service, service excellence, and compliance training programs.

3. 規劃主管培訓、接班人計畫及領導力發展課程，協助人才培育與職涯發展。
Develop leadership training, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

4. 管理學習系統、訓練紀錄及相關訓練行政作業。
Manage learning systems, training records, and related administrative tasks.

5. 評估訓練成效，分析訓練數據與營運成果，提出改善建議。
Evaluate training effectiveness and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.

6. 與各部門主管合作蒐集訓練需求，支援飯店開幕及集團相關培訓計畫。
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and support hotel opening and group training initiatives.
