1.負責保障酒店財產、酒店客人及員工的生命和財產安全事務。
2.負責酒店所有安全及防火事務，並與有關行政部門建立並保持良好的工作關係。
3 積極正向的工作態度、能有效與團隊成員及賓客互動，其中部分情況需具備高度耐心、圓融與社交技巧，以化解情緒並蒐集正確資訊。
4 有處理突發案件和事故的能力，具備消防安全管理及計畫/風險評估能力。
5 具備良好的溝通與人際互動能力、督導能力、跨部門支援。
6 負責招募保全團隊、並能透過辨識個別訓練需求，與團隊成員溝通並協助其個人發展與支持。
7參與必要訓練，並主動提出培訓需求以符合發展目標。
8 熟悉飯店樓層平面圖、建築配置、各餐廳及宴會廳位置，並對城市及周邊地區具備基本了解。
9 具備文書處理能力、能操作多種電腦軟體。可撰寫公文、製作報告與簡報，並透過電子郵件溝通。
10 負責保安巡邏等工作並能於8小時以上班別中長時間站立、行走或坐姿工作，並持續執行關鍵職務。
*具備防火管理人證照者佳。
*具備甲種職業安全衛生業務主管證照者佳。
*具備良好英語溝通力者佳。

• Thorough knowledge of the hotels floor plans and layout of the building(s),function rooms and working knowledge of the city and surrounding area
• Have word processing skills and be able to operate a variety of computer software to write official documents, produce reports and presentations, and communicate via email.
• Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions for an eight-plus hour shift
• Visual ability to observe team members in the work place, analyze operations and detect situations of concern with regard to both team member and guest behaviors

It would be advantageous if you possess the following qualifications:

• Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred.
• Class A Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
