o Job Overview

• Works with OPM to coordinate overall build plan requirements (Surface Mount Technologies and Final Assembly builds). Plans and schedules movement of components, WIP and finished goods through internal and external production and inventory process. Plans and coordinates resulting material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences.
• Identifies raw materials, components and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) builds/orders, monitor and control material supply, and manage implementation of design changes. Develops abilities to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
• Identify and track key production issues, escalating to management as required to ensure milestones are met.
• Supports inventory kitting, cycle counts and inventory accuracy with Warehouse team.
• Additional responsibilities include interfacing with Procurement, Design Engineering, Component Engineering, Quality, Logistics teams.

o Required Skills
具備在快速變動的 NPI／量產環境中的生產規劃經驗。
能在高節奏、變動快速的環境中獨立作業，並在最少監督下應對變化。
具備規劃、組織與追蹤生產需求直至完成並出貨的能力。
具備優秀的中英文口語與書面溝通能力。
熟悉多階層物料清單（Multi-level BOM）的概念與建立。
熟悉 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等軟體工具。
具備使用 MRP 系統進行生產規劃的經驗。
對 SMT（表面貼裝）及 FAT（最終組裝測試）流程有良好理解。

o Preferred Skills
具備 Oracle MRP 系統使用經驗尤佳。
具備 Agile Configuration Management 工具經驗者佳。
具備 Rapid Response 系統經驗者佳。
熟悉 PCB（印刷電路板）製程者佳。
