LungTeh's software development team play a critical role in helping the company undergo a digital transformation. We work closely with other departments to understand their work processes and design solutions the help our coworkers be more productive and effective. Our plan includes creating a Digital Twin which is the digital model that describes LTS ship’s geometry, material, components and production process. This will become a foundation for services that provides the information for optimal decision making and lays the ground work for automation.

As a System Analyst, your goal is to help LungTeh continuously improved efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

-Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
-Research, analyze and propose new business workflows and applications to greatly improve our client's effectiveness and productivity.
-Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
-Work with programmers to design User Interface and software architecture that best meets the needs of users.
-Contribute to development of application, tools and QA testing.
-Write documentation and provide user training

Requirements

-BS or MS in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience
-Ability to quickly learn about business processes and technology
-Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
-Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
-Experience with Python, Mysql and Javascript
