Description
- Provide SAP functional support in FI/CO
- Responsible for business requirement gathering, system design and providing solution to fulfil business requirement.
- Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues identify by users of regional subsidiaries.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new improvement and functions.
- Support system upgrading projects or new projects that introduce to regional subsidiaries
- Preparation and updating of SAP FICO business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure and training documents to detailed the business requirements.
- Provide training to end-user.
- 提供 FI/CO 模組的 SAP 功能支援。
- 負責收集業務需求、進行系統設計，並提供符合業務需求的解決方案。
- 提供服務台（Helpdesk）支援，並為區域子公司用戶所提出的問題進行排查與操作疑難解答。
- 識別、建議並執行新的改善方案與功能優化。
- 支援系統升級專案，或導入至區域子公司的全新專案。
- 負責編製與更新 SAP FICO 業務藍圖、業務流程圖、功能規格書（Functional Specification）、系統設定文件、業務流程操作步驟（BPP）以及培訓教材，以詳細記錄業務需求。
- 為最終用戶（End-user）提供培訓。
