Summary
Systems analyst in the government & finance division who assists the PM across the project lifecycle: running user requirement interviews, writing BRD/FRD and system specs with UML/ERD/API documentation, coordinating across teams, and supporting SIT/UAT, user training, and change-request management.
協助PM進行:
1.使用者需求訪談與蒐集
-與 end users、業務單位進行需求訪談。
-瞭解業務流程、痛點、改善方向。
-將需求轉換成可開發的系統功能規格。
2.系統分析與規格撰寫
-撰寫 BRD（Business Requirement Document）、FRD（Functional
Requirement Document）、System Specification 等文件。
-進行流程分析、資料流分析、系統邏輯規劃。
-繪製 UML、流程圖、Use Case、ERD、API Spec 等相關文件。
3.跨團隊溝通協作
4.系統整合與驗收
-參與 SIT / UAT 測試。
-協助使用者驗收、提供使用者訓練與 demo。
-管理需求變更（Change Request）。
5.專案文件維護與流程管理
-維護需求規格、流程文件，並隨版本更新。
-協助 PM 追蹤專案進度，風險與問題控管。
