1.Respond to user requests for technical assistance promptly
2.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
3.Follow standard operating procedures defined for help desk
4.Log all the issues reported, resolution steps and interactions with users
5.Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
6.Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
7. Produce and report out indicators and work accomplished per SOP
