3. 分析業務流程，確定改進機會，並提出系統規劃建議，以實現最佳效能。
4. 解決專案執行過程中的技術問題，確保順利的實施和運作。
5. 監督專案的進度，評估並管理風險，並有效控制成本。
6. 上線後追蹤績效，確保系統運作正常，並提供適時的技術支援和疑難排解。
7. 撰寫相關的專案文件，包括需求文檔、技術規格、風險評估報告等。
8. 其他主管交辦事項。

1. Guide and oversee system integration projects for warehouse logistics clients, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliveries.
2. Conduct requirement interviews, gather and analyze client needs and issues to identify optimal solutions.
3. Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose system planning recommendations for optimal efficiency.
4. Address technical challenges during project execution to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
5. Monitor project progress, assess and manage risks, and effectively control costs.
6. Track post-launch performance to ensure system functionality and provide timely technical support and troubleshooting.
7. Prepare relevant project documentation, including requirement documents, technical specifications, risk assessment reports, etc.
8. Tasks assigned by the manager.
