Component Management

• Survey new AI server and HVDC components and get vendor support
• Select 2nd sources parts (IC, passive.) based on electrical, mechanical, manufacturability standards and reliability requirements.
• ECRs and PCNs.
• Manage the Symobol and footprint creation and review approval
• Manage the RD design database
• Manage lifecycle status (NRND, EOL, restricted materials) and maintain approved vendor lists (AVL).

NPI Support

• Ensure 2nd source BOM/CE BOM accuracy and alignment with project milestones.
• Track and resolve component-related issues during build phases.

Quality & Reliability Assurance

• Review lab test reports, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality or reliability issues.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Participate in regular meetings with SQE, sourcing, and EE teams.
• Support customer communication regarding component status, risk, and readiness.
