【工作內容】
1. Manager for sourcing, supplier development, pricing and negotiation for Non-BOM Material
2. Manage Non-BOM Material Procurement Cost to Meet Given Target
3. Lead the team to achieve the project objectives, and be responsible for the project results
4. Lead the team to optimize and improve the process, improve the work efficiency
5. Understand market supply intelligence on responsible fields, Conduct cost scrub for new RFQ & Annual & Semi annual RFQ.
6. Able to co-work and communicate with internal teams(e.g. manufacturing,BU,buyer , engineering, SQE, etc.)
7. Can solve difficult problems in work efficiently, and deal with emergencies
8. Develop and Deploy Non-BOM Material Sourcing Strategy
