【工作內容】
1. Integrate production capacity across sites based on resources availability
2. Drive WW Mfg. equipment utilization to be improved
3. Hold regular cross-site meetings to resolve issues and align resources for PP
4. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement process optimization
5. Develop new methodology and platform to optimize PP process
6. Support GPO-PP task deployment

【需求條件】
PMC/IE working experience

【加分項目】
1. Better to have IE/FD/BA/MIS Education Background; PMC/IE/FD/BM working experience
2. Familiar with Power BI, VBA, Microsoft Office & 365 App..
3. Be able to communicate independently with GDL & HPH.... (Nice to have Toeic >700)
4. Patient, Careful, and willing to have the cross-function teamwork
