Description
- 開發並維護與台灣 CNC 工具機製造商、OEM 廠商、精密加工廠及終端用戶的合作關係。
- 推廣 Marposs 解決方案，包含工件量測系統、刀具對刀系統、製程監控系統及相關工具機應用。
- 了解客戶加工製程與技術需求，並依據需求提出合適的解決方案。
- 支援產品示範、技術簡報、應用討論、測試活動及客戶培訓。
- 協助 Marposs 工具機產品的安裝、設定、配置與應用支援。
- 與內部業務、服務、應用及行政團隊緊密合作，確保客戶獲得妥善支援。
- 與 Marposs 總部及海外產品經理協調，提供技術與商務支援。
- 準備報價單、技術資料、客戶拜訪報告、業務預測及專案追蹤文件。
- 在需要時，與服務及應用團隊共同協助故障排除工作。
- 參與展覽、研討會、客戶拜訪及市場開發活動。
- Develop and maintain relationships with CNC machine tool builders, OEMs, precision manufacturers, and end users in Taiwan.
- Promote Marposs solutions, including workpiece measurement systems, tool setting systems, process monitoring systems, and related machine tool applications.
- Understand customer machining processes and technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions based on their needs.
- Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, application discussions, testing activities, and customer training.
- Assist with installation, setup, configuration, and application support for Marposs machine tool products.
- Work closely with the internal sales, service, application, and administration teams to ensure proper customer support.
- Coordinate with Marposs headquarters and overseas product managers for technical and commercial support.
- Prepare quotations, technical information, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and project follow-up documentation.
- Support troubleshooting activities together with the service and application teams when required.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer visits, and market development activities.
