Basic Requirements:

◆ Fluent in Japanese
◆ Positive, optimistic, resilient, and a proactive doer
◆ Background in bioprocessing, biotechnology, or medical-related fields is a plus
◆ Task-oriented and willing to travel

Job Responsibilities:

◆ Develop and expand the Japanese market.
◆ Maintain existing customer relationships while actively acquiring new customers and distribution channels to achieve sales targets.
◆ Handle exhibition promotion, order processing, quotations, and accounts receivable collection.
◆ Understand customer process requirements, introduce products and solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
◆ Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing market intelligence and feedback on customer needs.
◆ Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and effective after-sales service.
