【工作內容】

• 根據 SOP 加工各種麵包和丹麥麵包的配料
• 確保每種產品使用正确的配料，和每種配料的重量正確無誤
• 進行甜麵包、丹麥麵包、歐式麵包和吐司的形狀修整
• 為每種烘焙產品設定正確的溫度和時間
• 能夠識別劣質產品並排除，並持續保持良好的品質

• Process topping for respective bread and danish types according to SOP
• Ensure right ingredients are used per product, at the correct weight per ingredient
• Perform Sweet bun, Danish, Euro, Toast shaping
• Ensure right temperature and time setting per product being baked
• Able to identify and troubleshoot inferior products and maintain good quality
