A Singapore-based Precision Engineering company specializing in high precision CNC machining components is expanding its production team.
Gross Salary 薪資： 底薪S$1800-2200, S$3,000 – S$3,500 / month（含加班）
Housing Allowance 住房津貼： S$200 / month
Work Schedule 工作時間：
- 5-Day Work Week（五天工作制）
- 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM（包含午餐及休息時間）
- 平日固定加班2小時
- 週六固定加班1天
Overtime Pay 加班費：
- Saturday 星期六：1.5 倍薪資
- Sunday / Public Holiday 星期日／公共假期：2 倍薪資

Position Overview 職位簡介
We are seeking a reliable Deburring Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Changi area. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing precision-machined metal components, ensuring all edges meet strict quality and safety specifications.

Key Responsibilities 工作職責
• Surface & Edge Finishing 表面及邊緣處理
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and defects from precision metal parts to meet production specifications.
去除精密金屬零件上的毛刺、銳邊及瑕疵，確保產品符合生產及品質要求。
• Tool Operation 工具操作
Utilize hand and pneumatic tools—including air grinders, stone abrasives, and metal scrapers—to polish and smooth part surfaces.
使用手動及氣動工具（如風磨機、磨石、金屬刮刀等）進行拋光及表面修整。
• Post-Process Cleaning 加工後清潔
Perform post-polishing washing and cleaning of components to clear dust, oil, and debris.
完成拋光後清洗零件，去除灰塵、油污及金屬碎屑。
• Workstation Maintenance 工作區維護
Uphold strict 5S workplace housekeeping standards and keep work zones clean, organized, and clear of hazards.
遵守5S現場管理制度，保持工作區域整潔、有序及安全。
• Safety & Compliance 安全與規範
Adhere to all workplace health, safety guidelines, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
嚴格遵守公司安全守則、職業健康要求及標準作業程序（SOP）。
Candidate Requirements 應徵條件
Education 學歷
- Primary education or equivalent. 小學程度或同等學歷即可。
Experience 經驗
- 0–1 year of experience in deburring, polishing, or general precision manufacturing.
- Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- 具備0–1年去毛刺、拋光或精密製造相關工作經驗者優先。
- 歡迎無經驗但工作態度良好、願意學習的求職者申請。
