【Job Description】
◆ Develop, implement, and maintain CSCM reports and dashboards for relevant stakeholders
◆ Define methodologies to enhance visibility across the supply chain through new reporting perspectives
◆ Translate and refine business requirements and visualize data into actionable insights
◆ Continuously improve information services in line with stakeholder needs, including support for implementation planning, hands on assistance, and problem solving
◆ Act as a subject matter expert and key user for reporting tools within CSCM
◆ Work proactively with internal stakeholders (e.g. CS, CSCM regional / central teams, P&D)

【Experience】
◆ Bachelor’s degree or above (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Big Data, IT related fields)
◆ 2~3 years solid experience supporting planning / supply chain / operations–related reporting
◆ SAP exposure or operational system data handling is a plus

【Work Requirements】
◆ Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in complex formulas
• Experienced in data cleansing, structuring, and consolidation
• VBA / Macro programming experience is a plus

◆ Strong data handling capability
-Large datasets
-Reporting and data visualization support
◆ Analytical and logical thinking
-Ability to translate data into structured insights and reports
◆ Power BI (basic to intermediate level preferred)
◆ Fluent English in writing and speaking (TOEIC>700)
◆ Flexibility to support extended working hours during peak periods
