Ubiik 為全球領先的私有無線網路（Private LTE / LPWAN）解決方案供應商，深耕智慧電網與物聯網領域，自 2018 年起累計於台灣部署逾 150 萬具智慧電表，並持續拓展北美、歐洲及亞太市場。隨著產品線與國際業務快速成長，我們正尋找一位 RF 設計工程師，負責 RF 電路與模組的設計、量測與除錯，並與硬體、韌體及製造團隊密切合作，確保產品射頻效能符合規格與量產需求。本職缺不限職級，將依應徵者經驗與能力規劃相應職責。
Ubiik is a global leader in private wireless network solutions (Private LTE / LPWAN), specializing in smart grid and IoT applications. Since 2018, Ubiik has deployed over 1.5 million smart meters in Taiwan and continues to expand across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. As our product lines and international business grow rapidly, we are seeking an RF Design Engineer to design, measure, and debug RF circuits and modules, working closely with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications and production requirements. This position is open to all levels, with responsibilities scoped to each candidate's experience and capabilities.

【主要職責 Key Responsibilities】

1.負責 RF 電路設計與整合，涵蓋元件選型、電路設計（Schematic Design）及線路佈局規劃（Layout Consideration），持續精進模組效能
Design and integrate RF circuits, covering component selection, schematic design, and layout consideration, while continuously optimizing module performance
2.執行 RF 效能量測、調校與除錯，進行問題分析並提出改善對策
Perform RF performance measurement, tuning, and debugging; conduct issue analysis and propose corrective actions
3.與 Layout、韌體及製造團隊協同合作，確保 RF 設計符合研發階段之技術規範
Collaborate with layout, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure RF designs meet technical specifications during development
4.與代工廠及第三方設計公司合作，主導 RF 設計之技術轉移與整合，確保設計符合可量產性（DFM/DFT）要求
Partner with contract manufacturers and third-party design houses to lead RF design transfer and integration, ensuring designs meet manufacturability (DFM/DFT) requirements
5.撰寫設計文件、測試報告及技術說明文件
Prepare design documents, test reports, and technical specifications
6.資深人選將負責 RF 架構規劃與關鍵技術決策，並提供團隊技術指導
For senior candidates: lead RF architecture planning and key technical decisions, and provide technical guidance to the team

【必備條件 Requirements】

1.電機、電子、通訊工程或相關科系學士以上
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field
2.具備 RF 基礎理論，熟悉 RF 線路設計概念（Impedance Matching、Smith Chart、S-parameter）
Solid foundation in RF theory; familiar with RF circuit design concepts (impedance matching, Smith Chart, S-parameters)
3.具備實際 Debug RF 問題（Spur、Harmonic、EMI、Sensitivity）的經驗
Hands-on experience debugging RF issues (spurs, harmonics, EMI, sensitivity)
4.具備使用 Network Analyzer、Spectrum Analyzer、Signal Generator、LTE 測試儀等 RF 量測儀器之實務經驗
Hands-on experience with RF measurement instruments such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and LTE testers
5.能閱讀英文 Datasheet、Application Note 及技術文件
Able to read English datasheets, application notes, and technical documents
6.對 RF 電路與模組設計具高度興趣與學習熱忱
Strong interest and enthusiasm for RF circuit and module design
7.良好的跨部門溝通能力與團隊合作精神
Good cross-functional communication skills and team spirit
8.願意面對反覆測試與效能調校的工程挑戰
Willing to take on the engineering challenges of iterative testing and performance tuning

【加分條件 Preferred Qualifications】

1.具備 RF 模組開發經驗
Experience developing RF modules
2.有使用 CMW500 及 CMWRUN 的經驗
Experience using CMW500 and CMWRUN
3.具量產產品經驗或與製造端合作經驗
Experience with mass-production products or working with manufacturing partners
4.具備大功率（>1W）RF 設計經驗者優先
Experience in high-power (>1W) RF design is a strong plus
5.具備機構設計（散熱、抗震）相關經驗者優先
Experience in mechanical design (thermal management, shock/vibration resistance) is a strong plus
