Responsible for Recreation equipment meets standards. Providing a warm welcome and efficient and personable service for each guest during all encounters.
確保休閒中心設施按照品牌規範運作。熱情的歡迎每位客人，並提供高效率個人化的服務。

• Manage the daily operations of the leisure center (gym, swimming pool, recreational facilities) to ensure smooth and high-quality service.
• 負責休閒中心（健身房、泳池及各項設施）日常營運，確保運作順暢與服務品質。
• Keep the facilities clean and tidy all the time with ample supplies of amenities.
• 確保所有設施乾淨整齊且備品充足。

•Manage administrative tasks and compile reports related to the Recreation Department.
•管理休閒部門相關行政作業與報表整理
•Enhance guest experience by addressing needs and handling complaints, creating a safe and welcoming environment.
•優化顧客體驗，處理需求與客訴，打造安全舒適的休閒環境。

• Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
• 詳細瞭解部門標準運作。
• Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services
• 為客人提供有關酒店設施及服務的資訊。
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and be alert to any potential problems
• 詳細瞭解酒店日常活動，警惕潛在問題。
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by superiors
• 完成上級分配的其他工作
• Plan, design, and execute a variety of hotel recreational and guest experience activities, including family programs, seasonal events, hands-on experiences, and local cultural activities.

•規劃、設計及執行飯店各類休閒體驗活動，包含親子互動、節慶主題、手作體驗及在地文化活動等。
•Regularly review and enhance activity programs by incorporating local Alishan culture and guest preferences to increase participation, enrich the guest experience, and improve overall satisfaction.
•定期檢視並優化活動內容，結合阿里山在地文化特色與旅客需求，持續提升活動參與度、賓客體驗及滿意度
