規劃、製作並管理各市場與銷售策略所需的數位與印刷行銷素材。

Ensure all marketing materials deliver consistent and compelling messaging aligned with coolvance’s brand identity.
確保所有行銷素材在訊息與視覺上皆符合 coolvance 品牌識別並具吸引力。

Intranet & Digital Strategy

Oversee and manage the coolvance intranet, website, and social media platforms.
負責管理 coolvance 內部網站、官方網站與社群媒體平台。

Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of company updates, market trends, and product information.
即時向內外部利害關係人傳遞公司動態、市場趨勢與產品資訊。

Event Management

Take full ownership of event planning and execution, including budgeting, creative direction, vendor management, and brand compliance.
全面負責活動規劃與執行，涵蓋預算控管、創意方向、供應商管理與品牌一致性。

Ensure all events align with coolvance’s communication standards and brand identity.
確保所有活動皆符合 coolvance 的品牌與溝通標準。

Employee Engagement

Collaborate with Corporate HR to design and implement internal communication initiatives.
與人資部門合作規劃並執行內部溝通與文化推動計畫。

Strengthen organizational culture and ensure employees are informed, aligned, and inspired.
強化組織文化，確保員工資訊透明、方向一致並受到激勵。

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills with strong English writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
具備優秀的英文溝通、寫作、編輯與敘事能力。

Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across multiple channels.
能將複雜概念轉化為清楚且具說服力的跨平台內容。

Extensive experience in managing large-scale events and marketing campaigns with full budget responsibility.
具備大型活動與行銷專案的實務經驗，並能獨立負責預算管理。

Hands-on project management capability with strong execution skills.
具備高度執行力的專案管理能力，能親自推動專案落地。

Strong expertise in brand identity, market positioning, and external client-facing communications.
熟悉品牌識別、市場定位與對外客戶溝通策略。
