PR & E-news editing, Product Collateral development and translation, Domestic & International Exhibition planning & execution, Product or Solution Launch projects, PR Events & Cooperation projects planning,

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global teams to compose monthly e-News articles and social media posts on success cases and events
• Collaborate with the product development teams for products & solutions launch preparation, including brochures, videos, seminar preparation, and event execution. Support co-op seminars with external partners.
• Press releases for product launches & corporate-related events

The above collaterals and documents will be dual-language, including Mandarin Chinese and English.

Advanced Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with product teams, overseas offices, and Corporate Communication for international exhibition planning, collateral preparation including copywriting and preparing logistics manuals as well as on-site execution
• Hosting corporate visits including domestic and international customers
