This role builds and ships end-to-end features across frontend and backend for GRG Health's AI-driven healthcare and life sciences platforms. The Full Stack Engineer works across the stack with growing ownership, translating product requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Implement end-to-end features spanning UI, API, and database layers
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
• Integrate AI services, real-time data, and third-party APIs into product features
• Collaborate with AI, data, design, and product teams to deliver features
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, demos, and release cycles
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and quality across the stack
• 1-3 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript for frontend development
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI (or similar) for backend development
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, product-driven environmen
