As Accounting Analyst, you will play an integral role in the day to day accounting operations with a focus on coding, entry and reconciliation of the Company’s bank transactions and supplier invoices. As Accounting Analyst, you will need to be detail oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on defined deadlines.

  • Reconcile bank accounts utilizing company’s reconciliation systems and processes, which include recording daily operating transactions and interbank transfers.
  • Review employee travel claims in our T&E systems to ensure accuracy and completeness per policy.
  • Assist with the administration of the Corporate Card programs through internal follow ups to ensure timely submission of expenditures. Seek clarifications or explanations from submitters when warranted.
  • Prepare initial GL account coding for corporate card and other T&E reimbursable expenses. Prepare recurring summary reports on T&E related costs to analyze trends.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation across all processes, including relevant internal control documentation.
  • Other monthly close duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Organized and independent; a self-starter who is comfortable taking on significant responsibility, operates with urgency, and proactively drives business results
  • Knowledge of reimbursement processes and systems
  • Experience with NetSuite and Brex is a plus
  • Experience with other T&E and corporate card programs and reporting is a plus
