Summary
A Microsoft Power Platform architect/specialist who designs, maintains, and enhances solutions built on Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages — roughly half the work is Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data modeling — while providing architectural direction and driving digital-transformation projects from start to finish.
As a Power Platform Specialist, you will be instrumental in designing, maintaining, and enhancing our suite of Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. Your role will focus on optimizing business processes and data analytics to improve decision-making across the organization.
This position offers the unique opportunity to lead initiatives within a dynamic team focused on digital transformation. You will work independently, driving projects from inception to completion. This role allows for a significant impact on how our business leverages data and automation, providing a platform for professional growth and visibility across the company.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Handle approximately 50% of tasks in Power BI, focusing on report and dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization.
- Provide architectural and strategic input for Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical implementations.
- Identify and implement improvements and optimizations to existing Power Platform solutions.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy within all Power BI reports and dashboards.

Dynamics 365 Experience
Basic familiarity or working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is highly preferred.
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with D365 environments is advantageous.
ERP & Transformation Exposure
Previous ERP implementation or transformation experience is not mandatory.
Exposure to enterprise business systems and digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
Experience supporting or enhancing D365-related solutions would be beneficial.
Development-Focused Growth Potential
Candidates who can demonstrate advanced development capabilities may have opportunities to take on a larger development
focus over time.
Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and automation solutions is a plus.
