US Staff Accountant
Job Description
The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Senior Accountant. Our ideal candidate has eye for detail and the ability to multi-task diligently.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank recs
- Tabulate monthly credit card data into Excel template
- Post monthly credit card charges into Quickbooks
- Post Tax Returns & K-1s into the Network Drive and Investor shared files
- Assist with 1099 Processing
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office and Outlook
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop is a plus
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
