1. Develop & delivery of Training Programs 規劃並執行訓練專案

1.1 Identify training needs across the organization by conducting comprehensive needs assessments and collaborating with stakeholders. Work closely with external consultants and vendors to develop and deliver customized training programs that meet the specific needs of the organization and ensure the timely delivery and high-quality standards of all training initiatives. 通過進行全面訓練需求評估，與外部顧問和訓練機構密切合作，開發及提供符合業務需求之培訓計劃，確保高品質的訓練課程及時交付。

1.2 Develop LCY management training materials and cases based on leadership training roadmap to enhance work related & management competencies of people managers, and potential talents. 根據LCY管理訓練藍圖進行培訓材料和案例設計，提升主管和潛在人才的工作共通及管理職能。

1.3 Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices, and leverage a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, virtual learning and at LCY events. 確保訓練課程設計與教材與時俱進，且與組織目標和行業典範維持一致，運用各種教學技巧、工具與訓練方式，包括課堂學習、虛擬學習以及行動學習等多面向提升專業能力。

1.4 Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. 收集並分析學員和主管對課程的回饋與建議，以持續改進培訓內容和方式。

2. Project Management 專案管理

2.1 Survey and implement a E-Learning system that aligns with internal training policy & SOP, effectively consolidates training records, and enables the sharing of training resources across geographic locations.評估並導入訓練系統，確保與內部辦法與作業流程同步，有效整合訓練紀錄，並跨區提供訓練資源

2.2 Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure all training programs are delivered on schedule and within scope. 規劃並管理各訓練專案時程與預算，確保如期如質完成。
