訓練副理/主任 (業務暨行銷) S&M Capability Development Assistant Manager / Supervisor

To execute the Sales & Marketing Capability strategy by designing and delivering impactful capability development initiatives. This role expands capability development capacity, enables Commercial Academy growth, accelerates learning digitalization, and drives high-quality learning experiences that build future-ready commercial capabilities and sustainable business performance.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of commercial capability development programs across Sales & Marketing functions.
• Drive capability development projects and execute the annual learning roadmap.
• Build a continuous learning culture through internal trainer development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Develop onboarding, role transition and leadership capability programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Design and implement digital learning solutions leveraging e-learning, AI and learning technologies.
• Lead engagement and change initiatives to enhance collaboration, learning adoption and business performance.
