Position: Kitchen Staff (Full-Time)

Osaka Yakiniku DONDON is looking for a passionate and hardworking Full-Time Kitchen Staff member to join our team.

We are a fully Japanese-owned company and an authentic Japanese yakiniku restaurant that has been operating in Singapore for over 10 years. We are known and loved by many customers for providing a casual Japanese dining experience with warm, energetic, and attentive service.

As our kitchen is a counter-style open kitchen, communication with customers is an important part of the role. Even though this is a kitchen position, you will have opportunities to interact with guests directly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Food preparation and ingredient handling

• Supporting cooking operations

• Washing dishes

• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas

• Supporting service operations

• Communicating with customers when needed

Requirements:

• No previous experience required (training will be provided)

• Basic to good English communication skills are required

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing kitchen environment

(Our managers and directors are English speakers, so English communication is essential.)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position

• 5.5 working days per week

• Shift schedule:

  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Schedule prepared weekly

• 9 hours shift including 1-hour break

Salary:

SGD 2,600 – 3,000/month

  • Starting from 8 days per year

  • Increased by 1 additional day every year
