本職缺負責半導體設備相關產品之軟體開發，專注於設備控制與自動化應用領域。您將參與先進封裝設備之軟體設計、開發與優化，與跨部門團隊合作，持續提升系統效能與產品競爭力。

Description:
This role focuses on product software development for semiconductor equipment, involving equipment control and automation, and is different from general IT or web-based software roles. You will design, develop, and optimize high-performance software for advanced packaging systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve system performance.

主要職責包括：

• 設計、開發與維護半導體設備軟體（如Motion Control、Data Acquisition、Process Automation）
• 使用C++開發Windows平台高效能應用程式
• 與機構、電控及製程工程團隊合作進行系統整合
• 負責軟體測試、除錯與效能優化，確保系統穩定與可靠性
• 開發設備資料處理與通訊功能
• 依專案需求導入影像處理、機器學習或AI技術
• 確保軟體符合資安規範、資料完整性及產業標準
• 持續優化系統架構，提升軟體之擴展性與可維護性
• 撰寫技術文件並提供內部技術支援與訓練

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain software for semiconductor equipment, including motion control, data acquisition, and process automation
• Develop high-performance Windows-based applications using C++ for high-speed and high-precision equipment
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams for system integration
• Perform software testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure reliability and performance
• Develop data processing and communication functionalities for equipment
• Implement computer vision, machine learning, or AI solutions when applicable
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, and industry standards
• Continuously improve software scalability, maintainability, and system performance
• Maintain technical documentation and provide internal training and support

工作條件：

• 熟悉C++程式設計（核心能力）
• 具備物件導向程式設計（OOP）與多執行緒開發經驗
• 具Windows應用程式開發經驗
• 具備軟體開發或系統開發經驗

良好問題解決能力與邏輯思考能力

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in C++ (core requirement)
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and multi-threaded programming
• Experience in Windows-based application development
• Experience in software or system development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
