Detail JD:
1. 負責屈光耗材產品線之營運及業績成長及策略規劃。
2. 開發與經營眼科醫師、KOL 及重點醫療院所，建立市場影響力。
3. 推動醫師教育、臨床應用及學術活動，提升產品導入與使用率。
4. 與業務及國外原廠協作，推動市場開發、產品導入及商業合作。
5. 整合屈光相關產品與服務，建立具差異化的屈光整合解決方案。

Lead the strategic planning, business operations, and performance management across product lines including OK Lens, myopia control, and intraocular pressure management.
Develop and manage relationships with ophthalmologists, KOLs, and key medical institutions to strengthen market presence.
Drive physician education, clinical application, and academic activities to accelerate product adoption and utilization.
Collaborate with the sales team and global principals to drive market development, product adoption, and business opportunities.
Integrate refractive products and services to build a differentiated Refractive Total Solution.
