Position Summary: This job consists of moving trailers, shipping, receiving, and cooler inventory.
- Responsible for timely moving of trailers as directed by Shipping Supervisor.
- The ability to work under the direction of a supervisor and drop and hook as needed.
- Follow safety requirement for locking wheels and securing trailers.
- Maintain seals according to location’s food defense program for trailers onsite.
- Rotate equipment to service providers for maintenance.
- Maintain cooler rotation and staging of raw materials.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of trailer movements.
- Maintain cleanliness of outside shipping and receiving docks.
- Clean up trailer yard as needed.
- Maintain trailer inventory on the yard.
- Transport materials to and from warehouse as needed if applicable.
- Transport finished goods to and from cold storage as needed.
- Must comply with all DOT, State, and Company driver training and documentation requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position requires PIE OP Certification which is completed by the onsite PIE Trainer.
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED.
This is a safety sensitive position.
