Yard Driver / Hostler

Tired of shifts that change every week and jobs that go nowhere? This one's steady — Monday through Friday, real pay, and an actual path to your CDL if you don't have one yet.

Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (occasional weekend flexibility required)

You'll spend your days outside, on your feet, moving and washing our tractor-trailer fleet — not stuck behind a desk, not waiting around for a schedule that never settles.

What you'll do:
  • Move tractors and trailers safely for local pickups, deliveries, and yard shifts — real responsibility from day one
  • Wash trailers in the yard, rain or shine, heat or snow — this is outdoor work, own it
  • Lift/lower and push/pull up to 70 lbs — physical work that keeps you moving, not sitting
  • Keep accurate records so the whole yard runs on trust, not guesswork
  • Keep the yard broom-clean and hazard-free — pride in the details
  • Keep your tools and equipment in shape — yours to take care of
What you need:
  • Current CDL and medical card preferred — no CDL yet? We'll help you work toward one. This is your way in.
  • Reliability and a good attitude. Non-negotiable. Everything else we can teach.
  • Comfortable outdoors, in every season.
Why this job, not another one: We're not filling a shift — we're looking for someone ready to build something. Show up, do it right, and this can turn into a real driving career.
Apply today — this yard needs someone who shows up.
