Essential Duties Responsibilities:
- Must have a Class A License or a current Class A permit
- Ability to safely load trucks and hostler trailers.
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems and concepts.
- Comfortable with PLC and controlled equipment.
- Must work around cleaning chemicals and be able to lift and carry 65 lbs.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Frequently check and refuel refer units in a timely manner throughout the shift.
- Upholds highest quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations.
- Communicate clearly with incoming drivers from our outside suppliers.
- Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
- Ability and working knowledge on how to maintain the yard goat during day-to-day functions.
- Communicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.
- Complete hourly trailer checks for fuel, refer faults, ensure refrigerators are running and rear doors are closed when in use.
- Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
- Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going Line Technician.

- Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the yard area in a sanitary manner.
- Report food safety problems to personal with authority to initiate action.
- Ensure all programs are being upheld and documentation is current.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Solid mechanical skills
- Computer knowledge is essential
- Ability to work well with people

- Ability to work independently
- Class A Driver’s License Permit is Required

This position is graveyard position and will be working 12 hr shifts. Hours are 5 pm to 5:30 am
For candidates based in California, this position starts at $25.60/hr per the CBA.
