Yard Tech Shuttle & Recovery Driver

Adcock Transport is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Tech, Shuttle & Recovery Driver to join our team. This position involves moving equipment for shuttle, service, recovery, and repair purposes. No cargo hauling is required — this role is strictly for equipment transport and yard operations.

You will operate commercial vehicles including 9-car, 5-car, and step-deck trailers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This role requires travel and the ability to work flexible hours based on operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently
• Perform yard tech duties: prepping and moving equipment within yard locations
• Shuttle and recover equipment as needed across various locations
• Follow all dispatch directions and company procedures
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT regulations
• Drive up to 11 hours per day and work up to 14 hours per day when required
• Climb ladders to access top decks of equipment
• Bend, reach, stand, and sit for extended periods
