• Support logistics operations activities, coordination with local agent/suppliers (shipping lines, co-loaders, customs brokers, warehouse provider, trucking company..etc.)
• Internal communication (cross -dept communication)
• Shipping cost estimation, system data entry
• Project planning, follow up, management and reporting
• Check and ensure import/export customs documents are in place and accurate
• Import/export shipment schedule and status follow up and tracking
• Being point of contact answering customers questions by phone, email
• Have experience in handling projects is a preference, but we can also offer training
• Structured and organized working style
• Able to work independently but also as a team player
