業務專員/主任 (Account Management)

Join us and become a core driver of Server and Storage business and project initiatives!
This role not only manages existing accounts—from customer forecasts, quotations, and order fulfillment to overall account satisfaction—but also continuously explores new projects and business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with product marketing and engineering teams to identify potential customers, promote company products and solutions, and help develop tailored product solutions that meet customer needs. This is a challenging role that combines business insight, cross-functional collaboration, and solution development, ideal for candidates passionate about the Server/Storage industry and creating tangible impact.

1. Existing accounts business management

• Customer forecast, quotation, PO and order fulfillment management and executions.
• Overall account management (QCDS) to ensure overall customers satisfactions.
• Continuous new project and business initiatives.

2. New accounts business approach through cross function team working with product marketing and engineering teams.

• Business and/or products experiences in servers and storage industry.
• Skills and tools to explore and identify potential customers/business.
• Promote company's products and solutions through internal team members' support.
• Work with customers to develop company's product solutions to meet customers demand.
