YES Intern: Merchandise Procurement
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Procurement Intern to assist with the sourcing, coordination and management of branded merchandise and related operational activities across the business. This role offers hands-on exposure to procurement and merchandise processes within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of merchandise requests and orders
- Support the sourcing and procurement of branded merchandise and related products
- Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and timelines
- Help maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and inventory tracking documents
- Assist with merchandise stock control and distribution coordination
- Support the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and procurement documentation
- Ensure merchandise aligns with company branding and quality standards
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement and operations team
- Assist with event, campaign, or promotional merchandise coordination where required
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in supply chain management, business or related field.
Skills:
- Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
