What We’re Looking For？
Basic conversational English is an essential skill for our front office team members. As you will be at the forefront of serving our guests, we value candidates who are attentive to detail and genuinely passionate about providing excellent guest service.
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels.

【工作內容】
1. 網路 / 電話訂房安排。
2. 協助旅客機台操作辦理入住 / 退房手續辦理。
3. 協助收款 / 核帳財務辦理。
4. 協助安排旅客旅遊計畫，提供旅客觀光建議。
5. 傾聽並處理客戶的抱怨及緊急事件。
6. 主管交辦事項。

【工時福利】
1. 工時：8.5小時 (包含0.5小時休息)
2. 休假：8~10天(依當月紅字)，排班制
3. 加班：一律依時數提供加班費
4. 獎金：◆每月績效獎金
◆每月好評獎金
5. 地點：國華友愛新商圈內，交通方便

【上班時間】
1. 早班：07:00-15:30 (休息30分鐘)
2. 晚班：14:30-23:00 (休息30分鐘)
