1. NPI & Project Management : Drive projects from concept to mass production.
2. Sustaining Project Maintenance : Manage product lifecycles, Engineering Change Orders and EOL management.
3. RFQ & Cost Estimation : Evaluate customer RFQs, prepare BOM costings, NRE, and create proposals.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination : Bridge R&D, QA, procurement, and operations, sales and meet delivery schedules.
5. Support job-related duties and task assignments designated by management.
