Job description
◆Plan and complete hospital listing
◆Achieve sales target and strategic goal through execution of 90-Days Action Plan
◆Develop self-pay market and manage reimbursement market
◆Plan and execute territory plan including product detailing, product presentation, small group discussion and so on.
◆Execute and support sales and marketing programs
◆Conduct key account management including KOL management, price management, and tender management
◆Deliver quality reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
◆Monitor field competition by gathering market intelligence

◆規劃並執行區域業務計畫已達成自費及健保市場策略目標
◆訂定拜訪計劃並有效執行
◆執行關鍵客戶管理計畫，包括KOL管理，價格管理及聯合體系標案管理
◆提供客戶群詳實的產品資訊，並迅速反應客戶之意見及市場資訊
◆即時提供最新的競爭者資訊並彙整團隊，共同執行對應策略
