【印尼】採購主管 Purchasing Manager

一、職務概要
主導原物料採購全職能運作，範圍涵蓋皮革、五金、布料、內裡、包材及各類化工材料，確保供應鏈基礎穩定。同步建立並深化印尼本地與海外供應商網絡，擴大採購韌性。全面確保物料成本受控、品質一致性維持、交期準確達成，以強化生產端之即時性與競爭力。

Position Summary
Lead the entire purchasing function for raw materials including leather, hardware, fabric, lining, packaging, and chemicals. Develop strong supplier networks across Indonesia and overseas. Ensure cost control, quality stability, and on-time delivery to support production.

二、工作職責
1. 管理 PR／PO 流程，並確保所有物料符合品質規格要求。
2. 與供應商洽談價格、交易條款、交期及最小訂購量（MOQ）。
3. 開發替代供應商，以降低物料供應風險。
4. 追蹤物料實際耗用與計畫差異，並監控供應商績效指標。
5. 管控皮革追溯文件，並確保符合 LWG 相關要求。
6. 與 PPC 與倉儲部門密切協調，以確保物料備料狀況與庫存準確性。
7. 維護供應商資料庫、採購合約及審批流程（Approval Workflow）。
8. 進行成本分析並向高階管理階層呈報採購分析與執行情況。
9. 確保全面符合品牌要求及公司內部 SOP。

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage PR/PO process and ensure all materials meet quality specifications.
2. Negotiate pricing, terms, lead time, and MOQs with suppliers.
3. Develop alternative suppliers to reduce material risks.
4. Track material consumption vs. plan and monitor supplier performance metrics.
5. Control leather traceability documents and LWG-related compliance.
6. Coordinate closely with PPC and Warehouse for material readiness and stock accuracy.
7. Maintain supplier database, purchase contracts, and approval workflows.
8. Conduct cost analyses and present purchasing reports to senior management.
9. Ensure full compliance with brand requirements and internal SOPs.

三、必要條件
1. 產業要求，以鞋、箱包製造業。
2. 至少 15 年以上皮革、鞋類或皮件產業的採購經驗。
3. 深入了解皮革等級、瑕疵判定、利用率（yield）及鞣製工藝流程。
4. 具備與本地與海外供應商談判之強勢能力。
5. 具備管理 4–10 名採購人員之團隊領導經驗。
6. 熟悉 ERP 採購模組。
7. 具英語閱讀與書寫能力。

Required Qualifications
1.Industry Requirement, Leather Tannery, Footwear, or Leather Goods ONLY.
2. Minimum 15+ years purchasing experience in leather tannery, footwear, or leather goods.
3. Deep knowledge of leather grading, defects, yield, and tannery processes.
4. Strong negotiation capability with domestic and overseas vendors.
5. Experience managing a team of 4–10 buyers.
6. Solid understanding of ERP purchasing modules.
7. English reading/writing capability.
