【印尼】生管主管 Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager

一、職務概要
負責皮件製造產線之全流程生產規劃、排程配置及產能負荷管理，確保工廠以最適化節奏運行。透過高準度的在製品（WIP）可視化控管，確保各製程（裁斷、車縫、組裝、品保〔QA〕、包裝）均能維持紀律化運作並達成準時交貨目標。同時領導 PPC 團隊，並與 IE、製造、生產、QA、採購、倉儲等跨部門建立高效協作機制，確保計劃、資源與產出高度一致。

Position Summary
Responsible for full production planning, scheduling, and capacity control for a leather-goods manufacturing environment. Ensures on-time delivery, accurate WIP visibility, and production discipline across cutting, stitching, assembly, QA, and packing. Leads PPC team to coordinate closely with IE, Production, QA, Purchasing, and Warehouse.

二、工作職責
1. 依據客戶預測與工廠產能，制定每日、每週及每月的生產計劃。
2. 管理並控管 MPS/MRP，確保於生產線投產前材料齊備。
3. 管控所有製程 WIP 流動，並確保瓶頸能被即時識別與排除。
4. 主導每日生產會議並更新交期風險報告。
5. 與採購部門協調急需物料事項。
6. 維護 ERP/MES 系統中準確的生產計劃資料。
7. 管制客戶變更需求並重新調整生產優先順序。
8. 監控產線效率、產出與目標達成率，以及排程遵循度。
9. 製作管理階層與客戶審查所需的報表及儀表板（Dashboards）。

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer forecasts and factory capacity.
2. Control MPS/MRP and ensure sufficient material readiness before line loading.
3. Manage WIP movement across all stages and ensure bottlenecks are identified and resolved.
4. Lead daily production meetings and update delivery risk reports.
5. Coordinate closely with Purchasing for urgent material needs.
6. Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MES systems.
7. Control change requests from customers and re-align production priorities.
8. Monitor line efficiency, output vs. target, and schedule adherence.
9. Prepare dashboards for management and customer reviews.

三、必要條件
1. 產業要求，以鞋、箱包製造業。
2. 至少 15 年以上鞋類或皮件製造業 PPC 經驗。
3. 熟悉 BOM 結構、尺碼組合（size runs）、材料組成分析及裁斷室生產規劃。
4. 具領導大型生產（1,000 名以上員工）之 PPC 團隊經驗。
5. 熟悉 ERP/MES 系統操作。
6. 具備高度分析能力、溝通能力與問題解決能力。
7. 具英語閱讀與書寫能力。

Required Qualifications
1. Industry Requirement , Footwear or Leather Goods ONLY.
2. Minimum 15+ years PPC experience in footwear or leather goods manufacturing.
3. Strong knowledge of BOM structure, size runs, component breakdowns, and cutting-room planning.
4. Proven experience leading PPC teams in large-scale production (>1,000 workers).
5. Familiar with ERP/MES systems.
6. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. English reading/writing capability.
