【印尼】資材主管 Warehouse Supervisor

一、職務概要
主導原物料、在製品（WIP）及成品倉庫的整體營運管理，確保皮革、五金及高價值物料之庫存準確、安全管控與妥善保存。全面維持倉庫環境之整潔、有序度，並確保作業流程與設施皆符合 CTPAT 之安全與合規要求。

Position Summary
Lead warehouse operations for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.Ensure material accuracy, security, and proper storage of leather, hardware, and high-value components. Maintain a clean, organized, and CTPAT-compliant warehouse environment.

二、工作職責
1. 全面管理物料入庫（Inbound）、出庫（Outbound）及上架（Put-away）流程。
2. 管理每日生產所需材料，按需求發料至裁斷、車縫、組裝與後整製程。
3. 嚴格執行 FIFO／FEFO 原則並定期進行循環盤點（Cycle Count）。
4. 維持庫存水準之準確性，並編制週報及月報之庫存分析。
5. 監督 WMS／條碼掃描作業，確保庫存資料即時更新。
6. 管控高價值皮革與五金之安全區域（Secure Area）。
7. 與 PPC 與採購部門密切協作，避免生產物料短缺。
8. 為品牌稽核及 CTPAT 審查做好倉庫之各項準備。
9. 管理幅度約 15–40 名倉庫人員。

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee inbound, outbound, and put-away processes.
2. Manage daily material issuance to cutting, stitching, assembly, and finishing.
3. Enforce strict FIFO/FEFO and conduct cycle counts.
4. Maintain accurate stock levels and prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports.
5. Supervise WMS/barcode scanning and ensure real-time inventory updates.
6. Control secure areas for high-value leather and hardware.
7. Coordinate closely with PPC and Purchasing to prevent material shortages.
8. Prepare warehouse for brand audits and CTPAT inspections.
9. Manage and train warehouse staff of 15–40 people.

三、必要條件
1. 產業要求，以皮革、紡織及鞋類製造業。
2. 至少 15 年以上鞋類或皮件工廠之倉庫管理經驗。
3. 深入了解皮革倉儲、溫濕度控管及尺碼組物料之處理方式。
4. 具備管理庫存準確率（達 98% 以上）的實務經驗。
5. 熟悉 WMS 或 ERP 之倉庫管理模組。
6. 具備高度紀律、文件管理能力及稽核應對能力。
7. 具英語閱讀能力。

Required Qualifications
1. Industry Requirement, Footwear or Leather Goods ONLY.
2. Minimum 15+ years warehouse experience in footwear or leather goods factories.
3. Strong knowledge of leather storage, humidity/temperature control, and handling of size-run materials.
4. Experienced in stock accuracy management with >98% target.
5. Familiar with WMS or ERP warehouse modules.
6. Strong discipline, documentation skills, and audit readiness.
7. English reading ability.
