應收帳款會計專員(APAC) / AR Accountant

樺漢科技招募「亞太區應收會計專員」，隸屬區域財務團隊，負責亞太區海外實體之端到端 AR 管理、收入認列與營運資金控管。
Ennoconn is seeking a Regional AR Accountant to oversee accounts receivable operations across our APAC entities. This role directly manages end-to-end AR functions, revenue recognition, and working capital for our regional entities.

【工作內容 / Key Responsibilities】
1. 跨國 AR 營運與過帳 (Cross-border AR Operations & Posting)
執行亞太區發票開立、收款過帳與端到端作業。
Execute end-to-end AR processes across multiple APAC entities, ensuring accurate invoicing and precise posting of customer payments.

2. 帳齡分析與催收管理 (Aging Analysis & Collection Management)
分析 AR 帳齡表，協助跨國團隊跟進逾期款項。
Analyze AR aging reports and partner with local teams to follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely cash collection.

3. 對帳與異常帳務處理 (Reconciliation & Exception Handling)
執行子分類帳對帳，處理折讓單（CN）與未沖銷現金。
Conduct regular customer account reconciliations, maintain sub-ledger integrity, and investigate and resolve balance discrepancies, credit notes, and unapplied cash.

4. 月結、審計與爭議協調 (Month-end Close, Audit & Dispute Resolution)
負責月底結帳（Cut-off/呆帳提列）、審計配合及帳務爭議處理。
Lead month-end close procedures (including revenue cut-off testing and bad debt provision analysis), prepare audit documentation, and liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes.

【條件要求 / Qualifications】
1. 工作經驗 (Work Experience)：具備至少 2 年以上應收帳款或信用管制經驗，具跨國企業（MNC）資歷者尤佳。
At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Credit Control; experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) is highly preferred.

2. 專業技能 (Technical Skills)：精通 SAP 系統者優先考慮；具備強大的分析、對帳及財務報表編製能力。
Proficiency in SAP system is strongly preferred; strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial reporting capabilities.

3. 溝通與語言能力 (Language & Communication)：具備中等以上英語聽說能力，能與亞太區跨國利益關係人及客戶進行有效溝通。
Intermediate English proficiency (listening and speaking); ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and international clients.

4. 人格特質 (Personal Attributes)：高度注重細節、處事積極、具備自我激勵能力與良好的跨部門人際溝通技巧。
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
