硬體研發工程師 (Power PMI/PMC) Staff/Sr. Hardware EE Engineer

Responsibilities include:
1. Lead schematic circuit design and PCB layout reviews.
2. Demonstrate expertise in ARM-based CPU chip design.
3. Perform Linux embedded board bring-up and debugging.
4. Possess strong knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, UART, SPI, and RS485.
5. Familiar with Modbus communication, Ethernet, PoE, and eMMC technologies.
6. Design DC/DC converters and LDO circuits.
7. Conduct signal integrity and power integrity measurements and verification.
8. Assist in RFI and RFQ activities by contributing technical expertise and insights.

主要工作內容:

• 負責 ARM/Linux 嵌入式硬體平台設計與開發。
• 執行電路設計、PCB Layout Review 及系統整合驗證。
• 負責 I²C、SPI、UART、RS485、Ethernet 等通訊介面開發。
• 執行 Linux Bring-up、除錯及產品驗證。
• 負責 DC/DC、LDO 電源電路設計及 SI/PI 分析。
• 支援客戶 RFI/RFQ 技術評估與設計提案。
• 與跨部門團隊合作，完成產品開發及量產導入。

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
-Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consumer PC, industrial PC, laptops, RISC architecture, or networking-related products.
-Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.

具良好的溝通協調能力、主動積極的工作態度，以及獨立解決問題能力。

Nice to have:

• Experience acting in a staff or senior role to develop shelf controller modules within OCP ORV3 21" or 19" racks, specifically for monitoring and controlling power and BBU shelves in data center environments.
