硬體研發工程師(資深)

【職務說明】
本職務歡迎具備1~5年X86或GPU硬體研發經驗者加入，將與跨部門團隊及國際客戶緊密合作，推動產品設計決策與技術整合。

【工作內容】
1.負責Generic/AI伺服器相關產品之電子電路設計與開發，涵蓋高速訊號、電源架構與系統介面設計。
2.進行板階設計與周邊零件的選用和設計。
3.執行自我設計審查（Self-review）及零件供應商審查項目（Review / Checklist），並針對跨板卡介面進行端對端（End-to-End）交叉審查。
4.進行電路除錯與問題排除，針對異常進行原因分析與修正，並完成設計問題分析報告。
5.制定與執行設計訊號量測計畫
6.整理量測結果並撰寫驗證報告，提供設計優化建議。
7.協助產品從設計階段導入量產（NPI），與工廠、測試及品質團隊協作，確保設計可製造性與量產穩定度。

1.Design and develop electronic circuits for Generic and AI server platforms, including high-speed signal, power architecture, and system interface design.
2.Perform board-level hardware design, component selection, and schematic development.
3.Conduct design self-reviews and supplier design reviews (Review/Checklist), and perform end-to-end cross-board interface reviews to ensure design quality.
4.Debug hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and document findings in design analysis reports.
5.Develop and execute signal measurement and validation plans to verify hardware performance.
6.Analyze measurement results, prepare validation reports, and provide recommendations for design optimization.
7.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by collaborating with manufacturing, test, and quality teams to ensure design manufacturability and production readiness.
