●負責機器人硬體系統（包含機構、電子、感測模組）整體設計與開發
Lead end-to-end hardware development including mechanical, electrical, and sensor integration
●帶領硬體研發團隊，進行任務分配、技術指導與人才培育
Lead and mentor hardware engineering team, including task planning and technical guidance
●規劃產品開發流程（NPI），確保專案進度、品質與成本控制
Drive NPI processes to ensure schedule, quality, and cost targets are met
●與軟體、韌體、製造、品保等跨部門協作，確保系統整合順利
Collaborate cross-functionally with software, firmware, manufacturing, and QA teams
●負責硬體驗證（EVT/DVT/PVT）及問題分析與改善
Oversee hardware validation (EVT/DVT/PVT) and root cause analysis
●導入DFM/DFA設計，提升產品可製造性與量產穩定度
Implement DFM/DFA practices to improve manufacturability and scalability
●管理供應商與外包資源，確保品質與交期
Manage vendors and external partners for quality and delivery
