Principal AI Data Center Ethernet Switch Hardware Engineer

Role Overview
Principal-level hardware engineer responsible for system architecture and execution of AI data center Ethernet switch platforms.
The candidate will drive high-speed design decisions, support 800G-class products, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring products into mass production.

Main Job Description:
• System architecture development of AI data center Ethernet switches
• Switch ASIC integration (Marvell / Broadcom / NVIDIA)
• Hardware ciriuit design and layout review
• BOM material maintain
• Hardware bring-up (EVT / DVT / PVT) and critical issue resolution

Requirements

學歷：大學
科系：電子電機相關系所畢
Required Background
• 10+ years in networking or data center hardware design
• Hands-on experience with Ethernet switch platforms
• Strong knowledge of high-speed SI / PI
• Proven record of taking products to mass production

Nice to Have
• 800G (112G PAM4) switch platform experience
• OSFP high-power optics module application
• >2U chassis system architecture integration experience
• Liquid Cooling Integration Experience

Ideal Candidate Background
• Senior / Principal hardware engineers from networking, switch, or data center system companies
• Strong SI + system experience, not PCB-only or lab-only roles
