Must be able to problem solve, ask questions and learn from mistakes. We want someone with friendly tone that can improve the customer experience. English reading comprehension is a must. Written English is a must.
Job Description:
Will work with E-Commerce or Amazon terminology and dealing with customer support. Resolves product or service issues raised by customers with keen attention to details and solution-oriented mindset, leading to a positive customer service experience. Respond to customer emails efficiently aligned with the set guidelines Must be able to follow directions, attention to details, and tech savvy.
