應用工程師(AE)_出差、外派

【Position Overview】
The ideal candidate will have an interest in computer technology and a willingness to develop technical skills in the industrial computer field. In this role, you will work closely with the FAE team to support customer technical inquiries, product testing, troubleshooting, and pre-sales activities. You will also assist with daily office administration and coordination.

The position will begin with 6 months or more of training at our headquarters in Taiwan, followed by relocation to Augsburg, Germany. After relocation, the role will primarily support the local and sales teams while gradually developing the technical skills and knowledge required for a Application Engineer role.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Assist the engineering team with customer technical inquiries, product testing, troubleshooting, and other technical support activities.
2. Support product demonstrations, evaluations, pre-sales activities, and customer visits as needed.
3. Assist with daily office administration, documentation, equipment management, and coordination with the Taiwan headquarters.
4. Gradually develop the technical knowledge and skills to take on more independent Application Engineer responsibilities.

【Required Qualifications】
1. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows/Linux operating systems.
2. Basic understanding of networking, computer peripherals, or related technologies.
3. Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a strong interest in learning industrial computer products and technologies.
4. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with FAE, sales, customers, and internal teams.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
6. Willingness to relocate to Augsburg, Germany, and travel as needed.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Familiarity with x86, ARM-based systems, or NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
2. Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages, such as Python or C++, is a plus.
3. Experience with hardware testing, system integration, technical support, or troubleshooting is a plus.
4. German language skills are a plus.
